Remodeling in University Townhomes
We are in the process of remodeling almost ALL of Manning Properties, LTD units in the University Townhomes. 95% of the units are completed with new carpet, wood laminate flooring, and ceramic tile floors, plus updated appliances. Completion of this large project will be complete by the Summer of 2009! Be aware, not all units in the townhomes are owned by Manning Properties, LTD. To assure you are getting the best quality rental with professional management, make sure you are dealing with Manning Properties, LTD.
Winter Safety Inspections
Safety is our #1 priority. Winter safety inspections will occur throughout December. This short inspection will check the fire extingushers, smoke detectors, CO detectors, furnaces, etc... to ensure that your rental is as safe as it can possibly be. Very few company's go to the extent that we do to make this a #1 priority and we are proud of the thorough job our professional staff performs.

Pay close attention to the deadlines set up for renewing leases. Not all tenants have to renew for you to keep your unit. If you have replacements, you will be able to keep your same rental rate, and save BIG! |
