We are in the process of remodeling almost ALL 17 Manning Properties, LTD units in the University Townhomes. 85% of the units are completed with new carpet and cermaic tile floors, plus updated applicances. Completion of this large project will be complete by the summer of 2007! Make sure you are renting a Manning Properties rental to insure high quality student living. |
