Pay Rent Online!
We use PayPal as our processor. However, you DO NOT need a PayPal account as it is only used to process the credit/debit card. A PayPal processing fee is added to each transaction in the form of shipping fee's and is a PayPal fee, not a Manning Properties, LTD fee.
The SHIPPING charges during checkout represent part of the fee's we are charged for processing credit/debit cards.

PayPal Charges us 2.9% for the transaction. Manning Properties, LTD pays the first 1% of that fee and the remaining is added as a shipping charge to the Payee. |
