Details on Hidden Pines Townhouses:
Deluxe Units: All units are 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhomes. They were built in 1992 and are relatively new in modern accomodations. 900+ square feet of living space comes with a full living room, kitchen with all appliances including microwave and dishwasher, a full laundry room and an attached single car garage. Ceramic tile and hardwood floors can be found in most units. A window air conditioning unit is included. Rental Rate include ALL Utilities and start at $1,440 for a 4-bedroom unit. Premier Units: All units are 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhomes. They were built in 2003 and the dwelling consist of All the amenities as described in the Deluxe units with some added features including 1400+ square feet of living space, central air conditioning, and ceramic tile make these premier units an outstanding place to live. Rental Rate include ALL Utilities and start at $1,640 for a 4-bedroom unit. These are the nicest places in KENT!
