Rental Checklist

Now Taking Applications for Hidden Pines Property located near the campus of Kent State University.

A majority of the rental process is done electronically via e-mail and PDF forms sent via e-mail/on-line. Thus, we are the most efficient leasing agent in Kent.

STEP 1 : Have all 4 applicants fill out the Rental Application.

STEP 2 :  Return, via regular mail, the application with your $1,200 Security Deposit (total for the group) payable to Manning Properties, LTD at the address listed at the top of this application. 

STEP 3 : You will receive an e-mail confirmation within 3-5 business days that everything has been received in good order and that a unit is available per your request. If a unit is not available or your group's application is incomplete or not accepted, all security deposits will be returned.

STEP 4 : You will be notified the procedure for selecting a specific unit via e-mail.

STEP 5 : Once your choice of unit is made, you will be sent a lease agreement via e-mail that you will need to return signed, co-signed and notarized on the signature page. You must complete the lease according to its instructions and return it within 14 days of the receipt of the acceptance letter.

STEP 6 : You will then be sent an official copy of the lease with owner acceptance and a confirmation that all documents have been processed and received in good order.

Last year, all units were completely filled by late February. Please check with Manning Properties, LTD representative to make sure a unit is available before sending in your application.
